Money Solutions, Is a private advisory consulting firm established to provide alternative funding solutions to its clients. Since 2014, we have helped our clients, who are Investors and Business Owners, with the Creative/ Alternative funding needs. Whether it is for real estate or business, our network of Private Banks, Investors, and Hard Money lenders, Private Equity and Hedge Funds will lend to companies and individuals in the Middle and High-End markets as well as Foreign Nationals for various projects including Bridge and Land Development. We have the ability to obtain the best loan and terms for your project with better turnaround times than any bank or lender.

Types of funding we do are, Real Estate Acquisitions for Residential & Commercial Investment properties as well as refinance, both rate & term and cash-out. We also do Construction and Development, Land Loans, Multi-Family, Multi-Use, Fix and Flips, Industrial, Bridge Loans, Mezzanine financing and Bulk/Portfolio packages.
We also have Debt Services and P&L loans, Asset Based Loans, SBA, Equipment financing, Luxury Item financing and Yacht and Aircraft financing.

All funding is based on collateral & assets and all on a case by case basis. Some programs may be credit and income driven. The borrower must have an entity (LLC or Corp).
